- You have 14 days from the delivery date to return most items without stating a reason, as per Turkish law.

2. Eligible Items
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Exceptions (non-returnable unless defective):
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Perishable goods or hygiene-related items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable software).
3. Return Process
- Contact us within 14 days to request a return.
- Weโll provide a return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier (return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, weโll process your refund within 5-7 business days via PayTR.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (via PayTR).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Weโll cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund (including shipping fees).
